Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a great product for managing regular compliance, safety, and machinery checks within the business. It allowed anyone to sign in and follow the form to do on-site audits like checking fire extinguishers and first aid boxes to ensure they were present and correct, and if not a secondary option list would open to ensure that only the revenant questions would show depending on the user's response. If you fill In any long paper forms it can be simplified using I auditor and the completed reports can be automatically emailed to the relevant people to view or action any points raised by the form. Means forms can be completed by factory workers for example and sent to the relevant managers, within the business to act on it.

Pros

  • Regular checks
  • Quality and procurement
  • Company audits

Cons

  • Personalition for each user
  • In bedding images to audits

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

iAuditor is used as a multi-function tool for our sales and technical staff. The main use is by sales as a customer needs analysis reporting tool. It is also used as a commissioning checklist and a troubleshooting guide for our technical staff members. Usage has also included mass audits of inventory across entire school systems and an incident reporting tool.

Pros

  • It is the framework for much more than a simple auditing tool.
  • Can make complicated tasks very simple to accomplish.
  • Solid customer support.

Cons

  • I wish it was priced lower so I could deploy to more team members.
  • I wish I had additional control over how the report looked.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think any contractor could put the iAuditor platform to good use. The ability to build custom guides and reporting tools could be useful to just about any business. Only classified government or very high-security work may be a situation where the cloud-based iAuditor platform may not be appropriate.
