What is Ibbaka Valio?
Ibbaka Valio is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for Customer Value Management and Price Optimization.
It collects quantitative and qualitative data from
customers, as well as competitive and internal sales data. Then, using analytics it defines value-based customer segments that
guide the development of a pricing and customer value model.
Value selling to new customers (along with the renewal of existing customers) is a primary use case, but Ibbaka Valio
is also designed for customer success teams to demonstrate customer
value across key touch points.
Unlike a one-off ROI calculator, Ibbaka Valio
is designed to aggregate data throughout the product portfolio and
across customer segments. This can be integrated into a business’
Customer Success, CRM, and other platforms. With it, the business can see where
and how an overall value strategy is having an impact.
