Great budgeting, forecast and consolidation tool. We use it across all 18+ branches to plan and control results.
Each branch has the ability to see and manage their own budgets and have line of sight at any time of the month of their results, keeping track of expenditure and sales.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use IDU to prepare our budgets in terms of planning, loading, approving for various cost centers. We also use it for reporting and consolidating into one report. We were using an inefficient tool for budgeting, which was not easy to maintain and no collaboration between the different departments.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use IDU-Concept daily. We use it for Income Statements per cost centre as well as comparing actuals to budget and actuals to the prior year. This is available with a 30min window on the Cloud platform making it almost real-time. The Income Statements layouts, groups and view can be customised as needed. The standout feature however is the budgets module. Quick and easy budgets and forecasting.
