Since its straightforward, fuss-free implementation and inception at the company, InetSoft Style Intelligence has proven to be a very useful tool for cumulating and assimilating data from various sources and formats and placing it in one convenient place (table, dashboard, report etc). We hardly had to train our people, as they learned most of the application by using it on a single ‘Training Day’, but, nonetheless the after-sales support for the company has been tremendous and they are easy to get hold of. Data can be accessed in historic and up-to-date views. The data is then simple to interrogate and with an intuitive and 'clean' graphical interface, the data is displayed in easy-to-read and discernible tables. I love the fact that the software caters for the novice to the expert, thereby making functionality and operability less daunting. We can view a multitude of data in this way and we've found it easy to create bespoke dashboards that we can change on a regular basis. Management have been particularly enamored with the ease, sophistication and versatility provided to create reports, and to use a ‘slice and dice’ approach for them. There’s so much more to come and we look forward to harnessing the full benefits and potential of the software over the next 12 months.

It's great for the accumulation and assimilation of various data formats to be channeled into a single end-point, whether that be a table or a report. It reminds me so much of SPLUNK in that regard. The application is also very easy to use and has been configured in such a way that it is appealing and productive for both novice and expert users. I was able to pick up the basis after a solitary day's training. We've mainly used it to create bespoke dashboards and visuals, thereby allowing for effective report writing. This was a major consideration from Senior Management before the application was purchased. There haven't been any real drawbacks with the software thus far.

In my experience, InetSoft has been very useful in consolidating, visualizing, and democratizing data. It has helped me in many projects, especially given my role as a growth analytics and market insights specialist. Can't really think of scenarios where it is less appropriate.
