Overall Satisfaction with InetSoft Style Intelligence
As a growth analytics and market insights specialist, I work with data every day and it is my mandate to consolidate, democratize, and visualize data in order to push forward data centricity within the organization. I have used InetSoft as a tool to achieve this mandate.
- Easy to use with a very user-friendly interface, making onboarding with the tool a lot easier.
- Able to mash up/integrate data from different sources and file types which helps a lot with consolidation.
- Good customer service/support that makes solving problems/issues a lot faster.
- I think it can improve more in making the tool easier for people with no background in programming languages like javascript and sql. This will further widen its user base and give power to people with different backgrounds to utilize the tool even better
- There are occasional bugs/errors that i encountered, but live chat/customer support helps
- Can also further improve on data visualization- widening range of chart types and customization
- #1 would definitely be the ability to get and integrate data from different sources. No more conversion needed.
- Having a great layout and user friendly interface is also very important as it drives ease not only for admins/creators of dashboards but also for users/viewers
- Live chat support is also very important especially for new users
- Since InetSoft has helped in creating dashboards/reports, it has made easier access to data across the organization

It also has top-notch customer service/support which is a key factor in selecting any agency or tool. I recommend using InetSoft especially for small businesses
