The platform combines real-time dispatch, encrypted charting, a full Good Faith Exam (GFE) workflow, patient booking, and memberships in a single system. Operators can route providers to patients in the field, run video-based Good Faith Exams with electronic sign-off, and keep the signed order attached to each chart and visible to the technician at the point of care.

Infuse Pro also functions as a patient-acquisition channel, not just a record-keeping tool. A patient-facing app lets people find, book, and rebook verified providers on a map, while built-in memberships, loyalty, and referrals help operators build recurring revenue.

Compliance and safety features include encryption in transit and at rest, full audit logging, role-based access, and a Business Associate Agreement. Field-safety features include a technician emergency button, an on-scene timer that flags overlong visits, and real-time patient tracking so clients can see who is arriving.
