What is InstaCourse?

InstaCourse is a SCORM course generator built for hospitality operators, learning and development teams, and small-to-medium businesses that need to produce compliant training content without a dedicated instructional design function.

What it does:

InstaCourse ingests source materials the user already has, standard operating procedures, policies, training decks, PDFs, and generates a structured, SCORM-compliant eLearning course. Each generated course includes learning objectives, scenario-based content, and assessments. The generation process typically completes in minutes rather than the days or weeks associated with manual course authoring.

Who it is for:

The primary target market is independent and small-chain hospitality operators (hotels, restaurants, pubs, venues, spas) that need staff training but do not employ a dedicated learning and development team. The product also serves L&D teams and small-to-medium businesses in other service industries that require faster course production without adopting an unfamiliar authoring workflow.

Key capabilities:

AI course generation from uploaded documents, PDFs, and standard operating procedures
SCORM 1.2 and 2004 output compatible with any SCORM-compliant learning management system
Built-in review and editing workflow, allowing teams to adjust structure, tone, and examples before publishing
Automatically generated scenario-based assessments
Customisable branding per course (logo, colour scheme, visual identity)
Built-in course player available for organisations that do not already operate an LMS
Free tier available with no credit card required, and per-credit top-up available on any paid plan

Differentiation:

InstaCourse differs from traditional SCORM authoring tools in that it removes the slide-and-interaction editor as the starting point. Instead of building a course manually from a blank template, the user supplies existing source material and reviews an AI-drafted structure before publication. This reduces the instructional design expertise required to produce compliant training content and allows non-specialists (typically general managers, HR leads, or operations managers) to produce courses that would otherwise require an outside consultant.
