Joule quickly generate high quality content such as blogs emails adcopies
Joule help us to automate work flows and repetitive task
It provides fast and contextual insides from large data
Cons
We observe some times it lack accuracy for some use cases
User interface needs to be much interactive can be better
Limited customisation stop from being so productive
Likelihood to Recommend
Joule is very good software for content creation and work flow automation and one of the disadvantage is ,it lack high accuarcy
I am using Joule for Developer to learn how it works, refactoring code using natural language prompts to get smart code predictions for my current ABAP version, enhancing code consistency, and aligning with SAP-specific best practices.
Pros
Provide code up to some extent.
Reduce some coding effort.
Code Explanation & Understanding.
Cons
More interact with code development.
Better I'd available for on-premise version.
Still, Code Quality Requires Constant Human Verification, not generating 100% accuracy code.

Joule explained ATC findings, including root cause, business impact, recommended APIs, and examples of fixes for S/4HANA readiness checks. Joule today is a point-in-time assistant — great for one question, one generation, one explanation at a time. It is not yet capable of owning a full development flow.
Streamlined CR Creation Process for Customer/Supplier, like instead of filling out lengthy UI forms, users can tell Joule to "Create a new organization named ex: ABCD with an address in India." Joule walks the user through the process, guiding them to the customer/supplier with only the necessary details. In this way, error reduction is achieved during the CR creation process, thereby reducing rejections from workflow managers.
Pros
Users can prompt Joule to create business partners in MDG.
The change process for Business partner (Customers/Suppliers) updation is made easy, particularly for updating data such as address and communication details.
The workflow process has been simplified by Joule agents, such as identifying the high-priority task and sharing it with the end user.
Improved data quality to almost 30%~50% in the CR creation process, which is a significant milestone for us.
Cons
Joule Agents should be assigned multiple tasks in MDG, such as mass data processing, email automation, data consolidation, and data reconciliation, etc.
As part of the technical perspective, more UI based solutions are to be provided, which are lacking in the current Joule version.
As part of the functional perspective, it should be the system architecture as per the customer's needs, and then provide suggestions for the configuration.
Likelihood to Recommend
As an end user, I proactively use Joule agents' prompts to create change requests and check my inbox for workflow approvals, task reminders, and to suggest the best records when it comes to duplicates. Technically/Functionally, there is more scope for improvements in the field of MDG.

Joule for consultant - we are using it to get the accurate documentation for all the SAP products that we are using in our landscape. It routes us to the exact solution or KBA we are looking for in SAP. This reduces the time we spend analyzing and reaching out to SAP.
Pros
Searching sap docs.
Going through SAP products.
Finding solutions in SAP KBAs.
Cons
Coming as default tool.
Default feature is not integrated with SAP BTP.
Default should come with the capability to create integration flows directly.
Likelihood to Recommend
With premium integration, where Joule is integrated with BTP, we can create integration flows using business search criteria with proper prompts without business knowledge. This automation reduces the amount of time we spend on development. We would recommend Joule, but we expect the features to be included by default rather than in the premium version.

One of the very important things in Joule is that it has no dependencies on the users. And users, when gone are the days when they are dependent on the consultants, and then to show me how it works. They can usually just ask Joule, "Hey, show me what purchase orders are open. Hey, show me what is in my queue and is going to answer all those and show all that data to the customer." So they are reducing the time as in a dependency. That's a very good feature. There's the workflow automation with Joule, which brings efficiency. That's what makes it a much better feature with the Joule and the faster timeline, getting the task done better and reducing the time.
Pros
It really does well with the user guidance. It really helps with the data and the foster decisions. It is helping with time savings because you are not dependent on someone else just to ask how to navigate to the screens or the list of sales orders. So it is really a good initiative and product.
It does have a lot of improvements because many users are complaining about the speed of the Joule. It's a little bit slow, which I am sure SAP is working on, but overall, I think it's a very good initiative and has a very good AI initiative with SAP, which is helping with the task.
Cons
I would definitely like to see faster responses. One of the question I was getting when I was interacting with my customers here, they are saying how proactively Joule is updated or how fast it is updated with the real time technology and the things we are asking or what is the frequency of it, which was totally something to work on to see how continuous improvement is happening because if you are asking something. It's not helping the answers because it's just not updated, or there's no continuous improvement; that's something you should work on. And I think that will also help with faster response, at the speed and all that.
Likelihood to Recommend
The scenario that is very much appropriate is to guide me on how to use SAP as a first-time SAP user. And I don't know anything about SAP, so that's one thing.
Where it's not appropriate is when I am trying to do enhancements or when I'm trying to do a more advanced deep dive in SAP, and something that even Joule doesn't know. For example, if I want to ask, "Can you explain to me how I do the enhancement BAPIs, at least for my IDOCs, or all that stuff I can bring?" I'm sure it's going to be a different answer than we are expecting. And I'm not expecting Joule to answer that, because Joule has a lot of other motives to help users, but down the line, if that can be helped on the technical side, that would be great.
Typically, I help others with the implementation of Joule, and I think it's a great resource to help with adoption and user questions.
Pros
I think it's just a really easy resource to use. If you have a question, you can just type it in, and it answers the question, and it's easy and ready to go.
Cons
At this point, I don't have any changes that I would like to make.
Likelihood to Recommend
I think it's well suited with any cloud implementation. I think adding it as an additional use case is really beneficial.
Joule is cool for developers. It helps to reduce the development time and effort. It will help to troubleshoot the problem the problem and easy to adjust the code. It also improves the efficiency and error free development. It improves the productivity of the developer and helps to focus business logic rather than design and development.
Pros
Auto generate development artifacts
Communicate is natural language
Easy error analysis
Auto code correction
Cons
Prompt has to be given in the correct way to get the right output
