Kaizan
What is Kaizan?
Kaizan is a client intelligence and Customer Success platform for agencies, consultancies, professional services firms, and SaaS account-management teams. It consolidates meetings, email, chat, CRM records, project information, and company research into account-level views intended to help teams monitor client health, identify relationship risks, and find expansion opportunities.
CARE client health model
Kaizan’s CARE model continuously evaluates four dimensions of each client relationship:
- Client sentiment: How the client responds to the work, based on tone, intent, and effort across calls, messages, and reviews.
- Account activity: The volume, frequency, and seniority of two-way communication.
- Relationship coverage: The number, seniority, and strength of stakeholder relationships, including dormant champions and coverage gaps.
- Engagement growth: Signals that a client’s scope could expand, such as capability gaps, broader briefs, and executive requests.
CARE combines these measures into a client health score and tracks changes over time. The model is calibrated to the organization’s own retained, expanded, and lost accounts rather than applying the same weighting to every customer.
Meeting and conversation intelligence
The Kaizan AI Assistant joins Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet calls and can process uploaded in-person recordings. Its AI Meeting Assistant capabilities create searchable client records containing decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and sentiment. It also drafts meeting recaps, follow-up messages, status notes, and CRM updates.
Kaizan applies Conversation Intelligence across connected meetings, email, Slack, documents, presentations, and CRM data. This broader context helps account teams identify changes in sentiment, communication gaps, buying signals, and unresolved actions instead of treating each meeting as an isolated transcript.
AI Helpers and Client 360
AI Helpers perform defined account-management tasks using connected client data. Available helpers examine work for possible value gaps, map stakeholders, identify weakening relationships, surface expansion signals, and draft client-specific actions. Teams can also configure helpers for workflows such as onboarding quality assurance, executive summaries, pitch preparation, and capacity planning. Client-facing outputs can be placed under human approval.
Client 360 adds external account context by monitoring sources for funding activity, executive changes, hiring, earnings commentary, product announcements, mergers and acquisitions, and competitor developments. Findings include links to their sources and can be routed into the relevant account workflow.
Kaizan integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Calendar, Notion, and Asana. REST API, webhooks, and Model Context Protocol access make client intelligence available to other applications and AI assistants. The vendor reports SOC 2 Type II controls, regional data residency in the EU and US, role-based access, and zero-retention model processing by default. Enterprise deployments support centralized identity and user provisioning.
Pricing is based on the number of client accounts under management rather than user seats. Plans include unlimited users, with higher tiers supporting larger portfolios, account segmentation, custom integrations, expanded API limits, and custom AI Helpers.
