The workflow begins when users upload an Offering Memorandum (OM), Trailing 12 (T12) statement, and Rent Roll. KeptDo parses these documents and standardizes the broker packages. Operators can then underwrite the deal and adjust assumptions based on specific underwriting philosophies. Once the assumptions are configured, the system executes the Deal Analysis and Evaluation. The platform evaluates Market Comps, Capital Stack, and Debt Structure, providing a proposed price range.
