We use it for sending pre-liens as well as 1st and 2nd tier lien waivers. Our biggest issue is we work nationwide and usually with new subcontractors on each job. Levelset makes it extremely easy to collect waivers from subs that we aren't accustomed to working with as well as making sure we are protected when paying our subs.
  • Digital signing process is very easy
  • Ability to collect waivers from vendors
  • Scout research for specific areas and locations
  • Fantastic resources for particular laws relating to lien waivers
  • I don't particularly like the layout of the software when viewing subs and the waivers they have turned in
I think that anyone who tracks, sends or collects lien waivers needs to use this software. One scenario where it is extremely helpful is creating one-off documents with their documents tool that allows you to create certain documents as needed.
