LienDone is lien-waiver workflow software for U.S. general contractors. It generates payment-linked lien waivers, sends subcontractors a mobile signing link, tracks signing status across projects, and maintains signed PDFs with timestamps and audit details.

Teams can create conditional or unconditional waivers for progress or final payments, prefill project and payment details, send requests individually or in batches, and use automated reminders for outstanding signatures. A dashboard shows signed, pending, and overdue waivers so finance teams can confirm waiver status before releasing a draw payment.

Subcontractors can review and sign from any device without creating an account. LienDone also supports custom waiver PDFs, configurable fields, and CSV import of approved QuickBooks bills.

One correction: the vendor states that 12 states require state-specific statutory text; the remaining states use a standard described as LAWA-compliant. It should not be described as a statutory form for all 50 states.
