Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We've almost entirely automated collections. It was a struggle for us to find good collectors, and since LoanPro automatically follows up on payments, we haven't needed to staff the same workforce.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use LoanPro as our company-wide Loan Management software, it is robust enough to handle a variety of Loan and Lease products and that flexibility is primarily why we chose it. We do not service our own loans on LoanPro but intend to in the future.

Pros

Smooth Sleek UI and Zero Bugs (so far!)
Customizable Segmentations (Loan Statuses/Portfolios)
Several Bolt-On Ready-To-Go Integrated Vendors for items like SMS Email Phone etc.

Cons

Screen spacing can be improved or optimized better.
Contract is somewhat rigid to Loan Volumes.

Great for transition of a Autopal Software user (we had been on Autopal for 6 years before converting over to LoanPro).

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We led the launch of a new online lender and had to select a modern loan servicing platform. We were aware of others in the market and their legacy tech, or limited functionality. We were referred to LoanPro, did a thorough investigation on their platform, functionality and api's. Platform seemed to meet all expectations and then some. We selected LoanPro, the implementation was seamless and since having the platform we have had our expectations met 110%.
