Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Loomly as our social media scheduler for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. It addresses time constraints, organization, and approval flows.

  • Overview of all accounts is extremely helpful when managing multiple accounts
  • Approval flow for team members and clients
  • Simplicity of use

Cons

  • A drag and drop grid view would be awesome for grid aesthetic planning
  • Drag and drop in all calendar view (instead of just by individual calendar)
  • AI functionality for writing captions

Likelihood to Recommend

Loomly is awesome for companies overseeing social for multiple brands. It allows one to stay organized and save time by scheduling content. It is by far my favorite scheduler tool I've used (and I've tried many). There's hardly ever issues on the backend of Loomly which I definitely appreciate.

I absolutely love Loomly. I've found it helpful for productivity, saving valuable meeting time and allowing myself to schedule content quickly and effectively. I love their calendar view as well. Great to see the pipeline of what you are working on and how content is performing on different channels. I would 100% recommend it to anyone!

  • Naming title of topic / outlining what the video is about
  • Saving and exporting video to send to co workers
  • Integrates well with other apps (teams, slack, etc)

Cons

  • Processing time - sometimes my videos take a bit to load
  • Maybe more organized libraries that can be put into sub folders (ie. training, support, etc)

Likelihood to Recommend

Loomly is the best. Truly I love it. It has been super helpful to send quick videos to remote co-workers and feel like we are sitting face to face getting work done. It's increased productivity and its great for managing my calendar and sending what I need to, when I need to!

Multipurpose tool that is 1010

In our small non-profit business, I wear a lot of hats: marketing, resource development, fundraising, social media, website content, etc. That said, when I have to post one thread of material across multiple social media platforms, it only makes sense to do this via Loomly. It's a wonderful service that is easy to use.

Small business with mega sized job descriptions? Enter Loomly. You are able to multi-task among many social media platforms, which allow for fast and easy uploads. It's convenient to drop in my CANVA creations and post, knowing that my content will appear as scheduled. Loomly is a wonderful service and vital to the success of my role at our non-profit organization.

I use Loomly to manage and post on a variety of clients' LinkedIn pages. I manage about 10 different accounts on it, scheduling out about 2 posts weekly for each. Loomly addresses a few key issues I have with typical social management: - A streamlined approval process. Loomly allows you to send posts through a few tiers of review before sending something out. - I share a lot of links, and I like that Loomly let's you shorten, and even remove, the link. It will instead hyperlink whatever photo you use, which is much cleaner looking on a feed. - Love the calendar view and ability to view exactly what's scheduled over the course of the month. Super useful in holding myself accountable!

  • There are issues with tagging people or companies on LinkedIn within the platform sometimes.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think for someone looking for a lower-cost social media management took, Loomly is the best I've found. It's pretty easy to use, and has a lot of tools that outshine the downsides of the platform. If you're looking for a pretty standard, easy to use, and aesthetically clean platform, I'd recommend Loomly. For more analytic tools, it's perhaps not for you.

I use Loomly to schedule social media content in 45-day batches across several platforms. I use the analytics function to pull data to create monthly KPI reports for clients. Clients also have access to the platform to communicate with me in real time about edits that need to be made.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you're a beginner marketer, I would recommend Loomly for its ease of use. It's simple to navigate the draft pages to get content scheduled. But, I wouldn't recommend it for marketers who have a heavy workload. The more accounts you attach to the software the more your pricing plan increases.

I used Loomly while managing social media for several clients at once. It was a fantastic tool for scheduling posts! We especially liked the ability to customize for each platform at the same time, the recommended times for posting, the approval process for clients, and the tagging ability for IG and LI.

Likelihood to Recommend

As a social media manager, it worked great for what I was doing for my clients. I mainly used it to schedule already approved posts, but I did have one client that wanted final approval on everything, and Loomly’s feature for that was great. I also loved that I could copy posts from one account to another. Overall it saved time and energy.

We use it to create and schedule post for multiple accounts for our marketing business. To schedule video photos and much more to Facebook Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn. But there are other social media available. Also we use it is to add all our team members as well as clients and everyone has access to what is there, what is scheduled and can edit as well.

It’s good if you need to add people from the team or clients and everyone to be able to add content, schedule or edit if they need to edit something. The library where you can find the files you scheduled is also helpful if you need some file and can’t find it on your computer.

It also suggests you types of content that you can create, such as: international days, interesting topics.

You can also reply to social media comments from there and people on the team can do it too.
