Columbus DW: enterprise content management
Columbus DW is used to organize and share business information from across the enterprise while meeting data protection and retention requirements. Diverse content from across the enterprise - everything from documents, data records and images to voice recordings, chat logs and video - can be pooled and accessed through multiple channels for employee and customer self-service.
Columbus OM: enterprise output management
Columbus OM is an enterprise output management (OM) system, designed to deliver documents reliably and securely from any application, on any technology platform, to any networked printer. Columbus Z: output management on IBM zSystems
Columbus Z enables optimal use of enterprise printer hardware by allowing users to route mainframe output to any device. Non-mainframe applications can make use of high-speed mainframe-attached printers, and vice versa: documents can be transferred from the mainframe to low-cost PCL printers. This approach minimizes the need for investment in new printer hardware.
