We've been using ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus for quite some time, and it has been an excellent solution for our MFA needs.

ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus is well suited for organizations looking to strengthen security by implementing multi-factor authentication without adding significant administrative overhead. The product is straightforward to deploy, easy to manage, and has proven to be very reliable in our environment.

We have a large workforce that is scattered all over the country and seldom comes to one of our offices. ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus enabled us to allow these workers to remotely change their AD (Active Directory) passwords and enforce a strict password policy.

The ability to apply MFA to certain user groups with sensitive access in the network which greatly enhanced our security to these systems.

I think it's suited for any scenario, but mostly for people with a lot of remote users. It reduces the number of support requests as well that relates to forgotten passwords.
