We use it to track USB device usage across all of our devices. We had a person who tried to steal proprietary information and needed a better way to get real-time logging on this to stop it from happening again.
Pros

- Easy to read and understand setup documentation
- Site is easy to navigate
- Alerts are good and east to be granular
Cons
- Major issues with agent recently, has been the cause of BSOD on our network
- Agent install can be wonky if it fails
- No good way to get computer to sync once it's been offline for more than 15-30 days
Likelihood to Recommend
Good way to protect your network if you have a lot of sensitive data. If you have visitors sign an NDA when they come in, then this should be part of your software suite. It is a bit expensive for what it does so I would avoid buying if you don't need more than a cursory logging of USB activity.
