What is mbuzz?

mbuzz is a multi-touch attribution platform for technical marketers, marketing ops teams, and growth engineers at $1M–$100M companies. The product runs eight attribution models simultaneously on the same data and lets users author their own models in a SQL-like Attribution DSL. All tracking runs server-side. The vendor states their server-side architecture captures roughly 30–40% more touchpoints than client-side trackers lose to ad blockers and iOS privacy changes.

What mbuzz does:
- Runs eight attribution models side-by-side on the same dashboard: first-touch, last-touch, linear, time-decay, position-based, Markov chain, Shapley value, and data-driven. Users see the spread between models instead of accepting a single hidden answer.
- Provides an Attribution DSL, a SQL-like language for editing the built-in models or writing new ones with custom time windows, decay curves, and segment-specific logic.
- Ships open-source SDKs for Ruby, Node.js, Python, PHP, Shopify, and server-side Google Tag Manager. All instrumentation code is public at github.com/mbuzzco.
- Ingests Google Ads spend directly. Platform-reported ROAS and mbuzz-attributed ROAS render on the same screen.
- Allows full data export on every plan via CSV, REST API, and MCP server. No premium tier required to access the underlying event data.
- Toggles every attribution view between transaction-count and customer-lifetime-value denominators via an LTV / CLV reporting mode.

Who is it for: Companies spending $20K+ per month on paid media across two or more channels, with the technical capacity to install a server-side SDK. Typical triggers include a CFO requesting channel ROI evidence, a new CMO defending the marketing budget, or a team switching off an enterprise attribution suite. The buyer is comfortable reading SDK code and writing SQL.

Differentiator: Most attribution tools run a single hidden model and report its number as if it were measured fact. mbuzz exposes the model and lets the buyer pick, edit, or replace it. The platform is positioned for buyers who want to audit the math rather than trust a vendor's proprietary formula.

Pricing: Free $0, Starter $29, Growth $99, Pro $299 per month. Monthly billing, cancel anytime, no annual commitment.
