MSB Docs is a well-developed software that fulfilled all my signing needs, with excellent integration options. I am using it with one of my existing DMS software. The process is very smooth and easy to access. The audit trail feature is the best part of the software. It really saved me 50% time and also increased the ROI as the paperwork decreased by 90%. The team is very helpful.

I appreciate how each of the features in MSB Docs is well developed and we as a team are making good use of the smart document solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. MSB Docs is a great tool that makes signing effortless. It is convenient to use when there is a need to get signatures on a single document from multiple people. It is easy to upload documents, customize workflows, and send them to the appropriate parties without the hassle of printing/signing/scanning. To manage or access the documents, we simply need to log in to the account, and they are all hosted there for use - no running around to search for papers stored in physical repositories.

Overall, we are very happy with the services offered by MSB Docs. We are able to minimize the paper and printing costs and increase productivity too. A simple audit trail shows us every detail of the signed document including the name of the signer, time, and place. Some of our team members were a bit unsure about it at first, but once they started using it, there were no complaints.
