What is Neogenic?

Neogenic is agentic-first software for longevity clinics, aesthetic clinics and med spas, diagnostic and recovery centers, and labs. It brings the clinic's daily work into one platform and adds Neo, an AI agent that carries out admin tasks inside it.

Neo, the AI agent

Staff ask Neo in plain language to book or move a visit, update a contact, create a task, or draft an email. Neo works as the person who asks and only within that person's permissions. Deletes, archives, publishes, and every email to a patient wait for a person's approval in the chat. Neo does not diagnose or advise on treatment.

One platform for the clinic

  • Calendar and appointments by person and room
  • Contacts, notes, and tasks for each patient relationship
  • Services, programs, packages, and memberships
  • Invoices, part payments, and online card payments
  • Sales and marketing follow-up, and automations for the clinic's own routines

Patient Portal

Patients see their next visit, what to pay, messages from the clinic, and the reports and lab results the clinic shares, with the lab's reference ranges and history charts.

Security and pricing

Every staff member uses two-step sign-in, and Neo never sees more than the person who asks. Plans are priced per person or per clinic location, with the Patient Portal and AI agent as an add-on. The vendor publishes current prices at neogenic.ai/pricing.
