Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We were using this platform for launching email campaigns and newsletters to share news and articles of our upcoming apps and its library to ensure our customers know about the same which will bring traffic to us. Apart from email campaigns, we also used this for its great tracking ability of the campaigns, emails opens, clicks, A/B testing, etc. We also tested dynamic content in the email body and triggered drip sequences.

Likelihood to Recommend
This platform seems to be a perfect one for email marketing, newsletters, tracking of emails, etc. I've heard it's also a good platform for lead management, their scorring and grading, lead nurturing, building product related tracking such as API integration, retention cohorts, flows, etc. however, haven't tried that part personally.
