Try it if you like a good product which isn't too hard to implement

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We implemented Netcore Email API for our transactional emails. It had excellent reliability with almost no downtime. The email open rate was also very good. Also, we hardly received complaints from users about emails not being delivered.

Pros

  • Great in email deliveribility
  • Sends mails to all mail providers with no issues
  • There is negligible downtime

Cons

  • Implementation can be made easier, like MailChimp
  • The approval for test account takes too long
  • The cost could be made lower

Likelihood to Recommend

It's perfect for transactional emails. It integrates very well with your tech products. It "talks" to most CRMs. However, we won't recommend this product for bulk mail.

Great SMTP provider

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We actually don't use traditional email at all, instead, we use a ticketing system for every employee as this creates responsibility for ticket owners and visibility for managers. Most ticketing systems use their own built-in SMTP provider and this can lead to emails being flagged as spam. We used Pepipost to ensure all emails sent out from the ticketing system use our own private SMTP (Pepipost) and this directly results in improved deliverability and fewer spam flags.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Integration
  • Onboarding

Cons

  • Possibly adding the ability to view the content of sent emails like Mandrill does.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you want to ensure you have good oversight of sent emails and if you want to ensure your email reputation is only affected by mails you send (i.e. not using an SMTP IP shared with others) then Pepipost is the way to go. Their cost is also super attractive compared to the other players in the market.
