Have just started using Newoldstamp but have been impressed with the flexibility in creating email signatures. We looked around at others but found Newoldstamp to provide the most flexibility in regards to getting the signature to look the way you want. We also like the fact that we can create a template and have it instantly apply to all of our employees vs. having to create a separate one for each team member. Makes edits and maintenance over time alot easier.

Best if you have to manage signatures for 5 or 10+ employees. For individual signatures, there are other free products that may suit your needs.

It allows for our company to better brand our emails sent to new clients and allows for us to keep our branding consistent. Our clients have not had any form of visual rendering issues or spam, which is a huge plus!

I actually recommend Newoldstamp to colleagues quite often. It is an excellent and simple product that does exactly what is promised. On the rare occasion that technical support was needed, the support team was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue promptly every single time. It seems as though I have been working with the same technical support people as well which I would assume means they have a high employee retention rate, this is always a plus.

Our support contact with Newoldstamp is amazing and super helpful. I needed to add color to part of my signature, so she coded it and told me how to do it. I needed a line break, so she helped me by updating our master signature, but then told me how to do it in the future. That's what more people should do, not only helping us, but teaching us for the future. It was such a positive experience.

I've been using Newoldstamp for quite a while now and love it!

It has made our company's email signatures look incredibly professional. I have no doubt that the impression it gives will have secured me more business.

In fact, I now turn my nose up at companies who approach me that don't have good email signatures (a bit shallow I know!!).

Design is very easy and there are a lot of options, plus a whole bunch of templates which can be adjusted.
