Best if you have to manage signatures for 5 or 10+ employees. For individual signatures, there are other free products that may suit your needs.

I actually recommend Newoldstamp to colleagues quite often. It is an excellent and simple product that does exactly what is promised. On the rare occasion that technical support was needed, the support team was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and able to resolve my issue promptly every single time. It seems as though I have been working with the same technical support people as well which I would assume means they have a high employee retention rate, this is always a plus.

Newoldstamp is helpful for any company that is looking to create a unified email signature. It is helpful for small teams, but also for larger teams that have multiple departments and wish to create different signatures for different departments. It allows a user to integrate their website and social media handles into the signature, as well as track how well the company is doing receiving clicks. You can even add a banner for special promotions or announcements. The dashboard makes it relatively easy to edit.

Our support contact with Newoldstamp is amazing and super helpful. I needed to add color to part of my signature, so she coded it and told me how to do it. I needed a line break, so she helped me by updating our master signature, but then told me how to do it in the future. That's what more people should do, not only helping us, but teaching us for the future. It was such a positive experience.

There are many competitors in this market. I choose Newoldstamp because they have great customer service – who are reasonable and there is never a time that I have had to wait for a response. The product simply works and my clients never have issues installing, so that's good for me.
