nextPIM

nextPIM is a cloud-based product information management system built for retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers that manage large and complex assortments. All product data is maintained in one place and published from there to online shops, marketplaces, B2B portals, ERP systems, print catalogs and data exchange formats such as BMEcat and Datanorm.

The system covers the full data workflow: flexible Excel and CSV imports, mass data editing across thousands of articles, macros for recurring rules, validation and data quality scoring, and classification according to ETIM, eCl@ss and customer-specific catalogs. A golden record consolidates supplier data, in-house content and association data into one consistent version of the truth.

AI functions generate marketing texts and technical descriptions, translate content into additional languages and enrich attributes, which keeps large assortments current without additional staff. Integrated digital asset management stores images, videos and documents alongside the article and delivers them to every channel in the right format. A PDF designer produces datasheets and complete catalogs directly from the live data.

Standard interfaces connect shop systems such as Shopware, SHOPcloud360, OSG Multishop, gevis COMMERCE, SellSite, Odoo and Electronic Sales, and marketplaces and portals such as Onventis, Unite / Mercateo, simple system, SymbioCommerce, ausschreiben.de, OXOMI and Google Merchant Center. nextPIM is operated exclusively as a cloud service on servers in Germany, is GDPR-compliant and requires no local installation.

The vendor states that than 100 implementations in trade and industry are behind nextPIM. The system is developed and supported in Germany, and onboarding, training and support are provided by the vendor team in German and English.
