Omfax

Keyfax, developed by Omfax Systems Ltd, is a software solution designed to enhance customer experience for social housing organizations. Its primary goal is to accurately diagnose and resolve housing-related issues, including repairs and tenancy enquiries. According to the vendor, Keyfax offers intelligent scripting, empowering customer service advisors to access additional information about tenancies. This feature enables more informed conversations with tenants and the provision of accurate information. Keyfax provides the flexibility of being hosted either on-premise or on Omfax Azure Servers. Hosted solutions eliminate the need for customers to maintain their own virtual servers, ensuring network security. On-premise installations allow customers to have full control and customization over their Keyfax system.
