Not able to kill/terminate the stuck thread, the only way is to restart the managed server (JVM) License cost is too high, for small businesses. … Also, its license cost is too high.

Confidence / Reliability - Very very small application failure rate < 2 incidents per year (if managed correctly) Cost - Costs for software, and support and training - But you get what you pay for.
