P2PAgri

P2PAgri is an integrated farm business management decision system, that uses farm production forecasts and actual farm financials to deliver cashflow, balance sheet, scenario analysis and profit and loss forecasts out for 5 years.

The P2PAgri software and training package has been developed by Australian farm business management advisor Mike Krause.

P2PAgri has been formed to commercialise the software and to web enable its database and training capabilities so that it can be rolled out globally. The software has the capacity to benchmark the performance and value of farm net worth, in a range of sectors including: mixed farming; cropping; horticulture; livestock; viticulture and pastoral businesses.

P2PAgri's platform is used as the training and farm business management delivery program for clients such as Tocal Ag College, Marcus Oldham College, Grain Research Development Corporation, Rural Financial Counselling Service of SA; Mutual Trust - and many others. P2PAgri has developed an advisory package to assist those accounting firms with strong farmer client bases. P2PAgri ships with management consulting and financial viability templates that enhance the net value of their farm clients.

With P2PAgri users can input historic data from a farm business Xero account. This gives the user key performance trends of a business, providing vital information to build future planning. Users can clearly identify both strengths and weaknesses of past years to better inform decisions that will help improve a business’s profitability.

Monthly cash flow management is one of the keys to business success. In P2PAgri, farmers and their advisers can create detailed monthly cash flow planning. When each month's income and expenditure is completed in Xero, then that data is brought into P2PAgri to provide the vital planned vs actual monthly cash flow analysis.
