Pathway is a cloud-based property and casualty insurance agency (P&C) solution, which helps manage and streamline client-facing communications using emails and texts. The software can automate renewal, billing, weather, and marketing workflows.

Key workflows include prospect nurturing, welcoming new clients, pre-renewals, questionnaires, document delivery, quote follow-ups, claims notifications, cross-sell, referral requests, Google reviews, and billing notifications.

Also available is an agency-branded client portal. Website visitors can chat with staff or login and access their own policy documents or digital ID cards or make a payment. Included is a mobile app with the ability to access insurance documents, submit an auto claim, and easy access to local road services like tow trucks and locksmiths.

The software integrates with most management systems in Canada, the US, and the UK and can write back activities with a 2-way sync.
