Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Vertafore for full management of my insurance agency. We use the management, invoicing and account aspects of the program to make it easier to do business. After going paperless 10 years ago, Vertafore has made scanning and attaching docs easy to integrate and provide needed info into the system.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Daily operations such as data maintenance/clean-up, download, reports, direct bill invoicing. The product addresses inconsistencies in data (via reporting tool) which can then be fixed. Reports are run monthly or more frequently to ensure information is accurate when upper management view production analysis.

workflow is adjustable based upon agency's needs
several reporting options

notes function does not automatically show user entering note
need ability to search activities (I think this is coming soon)
too many premium fields in policy data

On the IT side, their support teams make my life easier by taking care of issues that come up.
The numbers I've seen for support appear high, however, I myself have nothing to compare this to - maybe they are average.
