What is Planning Ops?
Planning Ops is pour scheduling and crew planning software built specifically for concrete and specialty subcontractors. One platform, four modules, one login.
Place & Finish is the daily pour board: drag-and-drop pours, live weather for each project's own address, crew and equipment double-booking detection, automatic cubic-yard rollups by day, project, and region, and a 90-day rolling Lookahead. One click confirms, reschedules, or cancels a pour and tells the crew, ready-mix dispatch, the pump operator, the GC and the subs.
Manpower handles crew and labor planning: a 52-week crew board with a near-term Day Mode, demand-vs-scheduled projection and gap analysis, time tracking with payroll export (ADP, Paychex, or Excel), and certification tracking with expiration alerts that warn without blocking an assignment.
Project Schedule is an interactive schedule builder: phases, milestones, and per-phase crew loading, where buildings linked to one job print together as a single GC-ready 11x17 sheet.
Daily Reports lets a foreman file a signed, numbered daily report from a tablet, covering crew and hours, work performed, delays, change orders and T&M, safety and incidents, and jobsite photos, exported as a branded PDF. The crew's hours post straight into time tracking, so nobody re-keys them.
Planning Ops for iPhone and iPad is on the App Store, free to install and included with every workspace at no extra charge and no extra seat. It is the same product against the same live workspace: same login, same data, same permissions. On iPad it shows the full pour board; on a phone it shows the day. Face ID unlock is supported.
Workspaces are supported in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Addresses take ZIP codes or postcodes, weather reads in °F or °C, and quantities read in cubic yards or cubic metres with PSI, MPa, or N/mm² mixes.
Pricing is one flat plan: $149 per month includes all four modules and 3 working seats, plus $20 per month per additional working seat. Viewers are free and unlimited, as are projects and offices. Annual billing is 11 times the monthly rate (one month free). A 14-day free trial is available, with nothing charged until day 15.
