PlanPlus Online is Integration and Automation at its Finest
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Honestly, our sales team was apprehensive when I made the decision to switch to PlanPlus Online. We had to change CRM solutions a couple of times in the 6 months prior. We were having difficulty finding software that integrated into our unique sales strategies. Our first choice wasn't really automating much so I pulled the plug. The second had improved on the automation aspects, but failed when it came to integration. There was a lot of double entry of data. It killed the efficiency of our streamlined process, and I had to ditch that option too. The the third time was indeed the charm. PlanPlus really came through. They've got great automation features and they integrated very tightly with our existing process and software solutions.
Pros

- Supreme task management for even complex processes.
Cons
- There's a bit of a learning curve.
- The Mobile UI like most could use some polishing.
- Could be priced a little more competitively.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend this for businesses that have the time to invest in doing things the right way. Garbage in equals garbage out. If you can get over the somewhat steep learning curve and adopting their process this product would be a good fit. If you are short on time (and maybe cash) you may want to look for a simpler and less expensive solution.
