Overall Satisfaction with PlanPlus Online
We utilized PlanPlus Online in our start up call center to track leads, appointments, follow ups, and business generated. It was a great tool for our small department and really helped us get up and running in the right direction with measurables.
Pros
- Drip marketing
- Great customer service, Heather and Danielle were phenomenal!
- Relatively easy to use, learn and personalize.
Cons
- When it came time to move on due to larger issues the friendliness was not there from the account reps. We did not leave due to them, but due to our growth and need for more.
- The inability to make personalized the labels for our insurance terms.
- Better lead management
- Increased lead efficiencies with drip programs
- Sugar CRM and Salesforce
Initially went with PlanPlus Online due to cost and ease of getting started, plus the team was extremely accessible. Once we grew and saw the value of the CRM we switched the whole company over to Salesforce so we could integrate all of our systems into one.
