Overall Satisfaction with PlanPlus Online

We are using PlanPlus Online to identify international clients and work with them separately. We had to split from USA and Canada.

Pros

  • Weekly and Monthly Planner is very productive.
  • Task Delegation and Pipeline Tracker are easy to use and efficient.
  • Goal Planning helped us as well to identify our chances.

Cons

  • The synching did not always work well, especially for people on the road in remote areas.
  • Offline handling needs to be easier and faster.
  • Very complex CRM.
  • Good ROI on our international team.
  • Very good to track records and faster sales success when discipline is followed.
PlanPlus Online is much nicer than Salesforce and also much faster.
PlanPlus Online is great to split regional sales activities. PlanPlus Online is great in office environments but difficult to use on the road.
