ProBackup

ProBackup is an automated cloud-to-cloud backup and recovery service built specifically for SaaS applications. It supports 16+ cloud apps, including Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, monday.com, Trello, Notion, and Airtable, from a single account. The product is built and operated by ProBackup bv, a Belgian company, with data hosted in the European Union. It addresses the SaaS shared-responsibility gap: most SaaS providers offer disaster recovery for their platform as a whole but do not take responsibility for recovering an individual customer's data. If data is lost, recovery is the customer's responsibility - and native features such as recycle bins offer only short retention and limited restore options.

• Historical version access. Past versions of data, metadata, and files can be compared and browsed through the interface, down to tables, records, comments, and field configurations.
• Integrity checks and proactive alerts. Data is monitored continuously, with alerts when something appears off (for example, a sudden drop in the number of backed-up tables) and automated weekly status reports.
• One-click granular restore. Deleted records, tables, and related data such as comments and files are recovered together. Restoring a table creates a new copy in the workspace rather than overwriting existing data.
• Google Drive sync. An additional copy of data can be synced to Google Drive, including records to Google Sheets and automated download of attachments (for example, syncing Airtable attachments to Google Drive for extra redundancy).
• Automated, scheduled backups across all supported apps without manual intervention.

Security and compliance

Pro Backup is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and all customer data is stored on EU infrastructure — relevant for organizations that cannot place data on US-controlled infrastructure.

Pricing model

Pricing is not charged per user or per board. One license covers an entire account, including all workspaces and integrations, and multiple productivity apps can be backed up under the same license.
