I use Proficonf to make consulting sessions, mostly 1-on-1s. The main problems it does address is connecting with clients from everywhere, and deliver best information and materials to clients.
Pros
Super-easy to start a meeting
Available from mobile phones
Bunch of presenting tools
Cons
No FB/YouTube streaming
Anonymous entry
Analytics of participants

Proficonf is perfect for one-on-one and for one-to-many conferences/meetings. Where you need to present materials to participants.
We are using Proficonf across the whole organization and also to communicate with our customers. That's the reason I like Proficonf so much. It's hands down the most-easiest-to-use web-based solution. Very few times our customers had issues with joining the video call, and they are usually not the most advanced tech users!
Firstly, we started to communicate within the team, for a vacation or remote working, but we were really impressed by the quality and simplicity. And the price makes Proficonf incredibly good deal.
Pros
Simplicity and straightforwardness of the UI.
Quality and stability of calls.
Basically unlimited recording.
Very smooth video.
HD quality.
Cons
They need to fix their iOS.
Maybe more features would be good.
Separate service for webinars.

Whenever you need to speak with someone who is not an experienced internet-user, Proficonf is the best. I mean there's a big green button you need to press. Sometimes you need to put your name. That's it. Even the old folks can handle it well.
Also, we find Proficonf surprisingly good working with a non-stable internet connection. I mean, of course, quality is decreasing (they say it's adaptive), but the video remains smooth. Even in those cases, Proficonf has probably the smoothest video among all video conferencing services.
