Overall Satisfaction with Proficonf
We are using Proficonf across the whole organization and also to communicate with our customers. That's the reason I like Proficonf so much. It's hands down the most-easiest-to-use web-based solution. Very few times our customers had issues with joining the video call, and they are usually not the most advanced tech users!
Firstly, we started to communicate within the team, for a vacation or remote working, but we were really impressed by the quality and simplicity. And the price makes Proficonf incredibly good deal.

Pros
- Simplicity and straightforwardness of the UI.
- Quality and stability of calls.
- Basically unlimited recording.
- Very smooth video.
- HD quality.
Cons
- They need to fix their iOS.
- Maybe more features would be good.
- Separate service for webinars.
- It spared a significant part of our budget.
- Customer engaging increased of up to 50%, to say the least.
- Some economy on traveling.
Proficonf proved to be a bit better than appear.in in terms of video quality and features.
Zoom and Skype weren't any good for us. Proficonf is completely web-based, so it doesn't require a download like Skype or Zoom. Proficonf has much better video quality, there's no competition on that subject. And it's so much easier to use. However Skype is also a messenger, so we are still sometimes using it.
