Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Prohire for job postings on a daily basis. My everyday starts with posting the job in Prohire. It has more vendor database and easy to use. I can get the resume within 15min of posting. It saves lots of time and money in terms of spending more time on other portals. I can see Prohire is the most efficient tool for job posting.

Cons

  • Need to have option to add phone number and email id
  • Need to have subject with special characters

Return on Investment

  • Cost effective
  • Useful for both benchsales and vendors
  • Turn around time is good

  • It is a good ATS.
  • It's User Experience (UI) is very good.
  • Using so far so good.

Cons

  • Dashboard a bit.
  • Detailed before in view of profiles.
  • Profile Migration option could be better.

  • It helps in searching for an appropriate candidates..
  • it helps in reaching candidates directly over a call.
  • It provides appropriate resumes according to the requirements.

Return on Investment

  • It helps in boasting my business.
  • apart from other platform Prohire plays an important role in expanding my business.
  • I don't think so that this portal has an negative impact on my organization till date.
