Overall Satisfaction with Prohire

I use Prohire for job postings on a daily basis. My everyday starts with posting the job in Prohire. It has more vendor database and easy to use. I can get the resume within 15min of posting. It saves lots of time and money in terms of spending more time on other portals. I can see Prohire is the most efficient tool for job posting.

  • Need to have option to add phone number and email id
  • Need to have subject with special characters
  • Cost effective
  • Useful for both benchsales and vendors
  • Turn around time is good
When we compared to Linkedin Recruiter, Prohire is more cost effective and responsive. Multiple user can access one account. Even we can post more job posting and able to get unlimited resume from the vendor whereas other portal has only limited.

When we get the requirements from the client, we usually spend lots of time in the portal to get the appropriate resumes and it took more time, in that duration the position will get covered but when I use Prohire hardly it takes 15 minutes of time to get the resumes form the vendor after posting. In this case I improved my performance.
