ProModel

ProModel is a discrete-event simulation technology that is used to plan, design, and improve new or existing manufacturing, logistics, and other operational systems. It aims to empower the user to accurately represent real-world processes, including their inherent variability and interdependencies, in order to conduct predictive analysis on potential changes. Its AutoCAD edition aims to enable users to quickly build a spatially accurate layout and process simulation model simultaneously all within AutoCAD, using Factory Design Assets and the ProModel AutoCAD Add-in. Users can simulate the scaled model directly in AutoCAD with the click of a button. View results in the Output Viewer and make, test and validate layout and process changes in AutoCAD. Finalize the model, then view it in 3D with Inventor® and ProModel 3D Animator.
