Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Qualia for easy contact with customers, easy ordering of title products. Using Qualia has allowed us to time manage more effectively and has allowed us to communicate more with our clients - keeping everyone in the know throughout the transaction. I would recommend Qualia to all title companies - it is honestly a superior product to any other.

Ordering title products like lien searches, survey & title searches from one place
Maintain detailed record of each transaction

Cons

It would be nice to not be charged to order 3rd party products like lien searches & surveys. A Qualia fee is already paid per file.

Qualia is well suited for all title companies - it allows companies to keep a precise record of each transaction & maintain communication with all parties of the transaction.

Seller and Listing as titles vs Seller and Buyer
No way to adjust ledger for miscellaneous items

Likelihood to Recommend

From our understanding, we're a new firm, Qualia is the best for this line of business. Other options were to have a hard drive in office (Qualia is cloud based). However, it would appear that Qualia is truly designed by software engineers, which is fine, but there does seem to be a lack in some areas of how title works...

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have three attorneys, and we all use Qualia. My associate attorneys use it daily. I only use it occasionally now as they prepare most of the real estate transactions in the office.

Cons

A few areas are a little difficult to change on the settlement statements and so we have to go in manually and make those changes.

Likelihood to Recommend

Qualia doesn't "lose" data when you go from screen to screen as other programs do. It is very easy to set up a transaction.
