The cloud-based nature of the platform is a key benefit for implementation. It provides an "always on" setup that allows teams to access information and see each other's work in real time. This also makes it easy to collaborate with external bookkeepers in different locations. A reviewer expresses a desire for more training on the specific features of the Advanced version. They note that they have not been offered an introduction to all the features and wish the product came with more personalized customer service or training to explain its full capabilities.

Haven't been offered an introduction to using all the features, which would be helpful. I have only used a small portion of the Advanced features because everything that it can do has not been fully explained. So many other systems I use offer training or personalized customer service. I wish QBO Advanced did the same.
