Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rchilli is a key component of our software. It is used by anyone who touches our application. We are using them for 3 purposes: parsing resumes, parsing jobs, and providing a skills taxonomy to our customers.

Pros

  • Excellent support - we hear back from them quickly.
  • Great customer recognition via social media and their marketing efforts
  • A very accurate parsing engine.
  • Flexible pricing that fits our growth.

Cons

  • So far, we have nothing to complain about.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is a great tool if you need to imbed the functionality (as we have done). Perhaps not a well suited to standalone use.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have integrated RChilli as part of our Recruitment Product and it is being extensively used by our Customers for their parsing needs. It has helped our customers to quickly upload Candidate's Data and maintain the resume bank. It is a very helpful tool for Recruiters, Candidates. We have integrated for Single Parsing by Candidates, Bulk Online Parsing and Offline Parsing by Recruiters. The parsing success rate is around 80% which is quite good.

  • Parsing of Candidate Resumes with good accuracy
  • Around 70 to 80 different Candidate Fields
  • Supports Individual, Bulk Online and Offline Parsing

Cons

  • Accuracy of Parsing can be increased further from the current 70 to 80%
  • Bringing Subuser level options for tracking usage
  • Dashboard of support calls for every customer

Likelihood to Recommend

RChilli is a very powerful tool for Recruiters to parse resumes. It is easy to integrate over the web and provides under 70 different fields of information of a Candidate. The various options of Online and Offline Parsing are very easy to use. Additionally, quick support through a mail-based call logging system is very easy for the customer.
