Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have worked with LeaseLabs by RealPage, even prior to their migration to RealPage's portfolio, since I have been with our organization - over 8 years. LeaseLabs by RealPage hosts our custom multifamily property websites, which are the primary source of information on our amenities, floor plans, photos, online leasing, and more. We worked closely with LeaseLabs by RealPage to create a uniform custom website design that told the story of our management company brand, while leaving room for the individual property branding that showcases the uniqueness of each location. All in all, we LeaseLabs by RealPage hosts and manages over 20 of our location websites.

Pros

  • Offers an easy to use CMS (content management system) dashboard for us to make updates to our website as needed without involvement of development teams.
  • Works with us to address any custom UX/UI adjustments that need to be made through development.
  • Provides fully custom site options, as well as templated website designs.

Cons

  • Support cases, especially when development, can take a long time to resolve, and regular updates are not always provided.
  • With the switch to Realpage's oversight, things have tended to get slower and there are more steps to working with support and development.
  • Sometimes website updates can go through multiple rounds of updates due to misunderstandings in scope of changes.

  • Provides seamless navigation to leasing our over 5000 units portfolio-wide.
