RecruitBot is well suited for searches that involve criteria that are harder to filter through other means. Also, if you don't have enough time to conduct multiple searches in a day, the AI comes really useful by giving you a previous idea of who might be the better fit. The rating system is straightforward enough as to ensure anyone can be a pro at sourcing in the tool in no time!
