What is Redokun?

Redokun is a cloud-based translation management platform for marketing teams at mid-sized manufacturing companies. Teams can upload a document, invite translators, and export the translated file in its original format, including InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Marketing teams use Redokun to translate product catalogues, data sheets, brochures, and other design-heavy materials into multiple languages. The platform provides a shared workspace for managing documents, translators, terminology, and project status.

Teams upload a file, invite translators, and track progress from a shared dashboard.
Translation Memory and Glossary resources carry over between projects to support consistent terminology.
When a document is revised, approved unchanged segments can carry over to the new version.
Pre-translate can use DeepL, Google Translate, and ChatGPT to generate draft segments for translator review and approval.

Redokun is an Adobe Technology Partner and supports InDesign (.idml), Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .svg), HTML5, SRT, plain text, XLIFF 1.2, XML, and JSON. Exported files retain their source format and are designed to preserve the original layout.
