Replit is the best software Ive ever used

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Replit to build easily over 200 apps for my own company as well as those in over 100 additional companies. I teach AI as a primary activity for my job, and Replit is by the far the best combination of powerful AI as well as ease of use. I am not a developer, but I can build literally anything with it. I have taught grandmas to children how to build apps and build anything they want in ways that can actually produce revenue for their ideas. I have tried every vibe coding platform on the market, and Replit wins, hands down.

Pros

  • Fast testing of ideas
  • No need for external tools to make an app fully ready for production
  • Provides clear feedback when something isn't working correctly

Cons

  • It could always be cheaper
  • It would be nice to make it easier to search through hundreds of apps I've created
  • It would be nice if I could more easily share (remix) apps from an enterprise account

Return on Investment

  • I have made millions of dollars from the primary app I created with Replit
  • It costs lots and I wish I could have the credits go further
  • It has allowed me to create basically anything I want

Best tool for bringing ideas to reality

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Replit solves the most important problem for a non-technical person, by improving development speed and reducing the effort required to move from an idea to a working prototype without waiting for engineering bandwidth. It helps me quickly validate ideas, build proof-of concepts in the most efficient way, it also helps me understand the product development flow.

Pros

  • Converting ideas that are can be in Plain english to a working solution
  • Using Multi sub agents to complete the task fast

Cons

  • Replit should help users to save tokens by choosing the best model for that particular task

Return on Investment

  • From idea to MVP it took only two days whereas if i had waited for a developer it would have taken atleast 10 days

Replit isnt ready for Production but great Marketing

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We did some trials, I tried it for starting a web app.
To say it went bad would be a compliment. Almost straight away there were problems, so the AI kept insisting that it was an account restriction, so I finally upgraded. Then it took me around the world, back to square one and the webapp was not better off. I got very frustrated and reached out to support and they gaslit me. It ws so unprofessional I lost the plot, so not a good look for me either. Replit will always be a grubby, one time credit card grab. If you want support, better buy yourself a bra. Replit is not delivering a usable product. This was my experince in Aug 2025. I would never use the platform again, plenty of alternatives that actually apprecaite the customer experience and advocate, instead of gaslighting and defensive commentary.

Pros

  • Charges your Credit Card
  • Pushes you upgrade beacuse of the limitations (completely untrue)
  • Gaslights customers that reach out to support.

Cons

  • Customer Service Advocation for Customer Experience
  • Some truth in the marketing, some of the claims were laughable at best
  • The AI Bot like hallucination and is not at all self-aware of the things it says

Return on Investment

  • ROI was Zero
