RevioReputation is review management software for local businesses in Europe. It gathers Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn reviews in one inbox, drafts replies in the reviewer's language, tracks the business's Google Maps rank on a geo-grid and scores its Google Business Profile. Pricing starts at $59/month, and a free plan is available without a credit card.

Review replies

• One inbox for four platforms: Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and LinkedIn Company Pages.
• AI-drafted replies: two AI engines (OpenAI, with Anthropic as automatic fallback) draft a reply in the language the reviewer used. The language of a review is detected automatically across 16 languages.
• Three automation modes per location: manual (the owner writes and clicks Generate), AI-suggested (drafts wait for approval) and autopilot (5-star reviews are answered automatically, everything else waits as a draft).

• GEO Radar: Google Maps rank tracking on a geo-grid, from 3×3 on the free plan up to 15×15 on the Agency plan.

Six embeddable review widget layouts (carousel, grid, list, badge, floating, wall) show the business's real Google rating and reviews on its own site.

Who it is for

Restaurants, hotels, dental clinics, car dealers and other local businesses with 1 to 15 locations, and the agencies that manage reviews for them. The interface is available in 10 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Ukrainian, Russian and Chinese.

Plans

Free ($0, 1 location, 10 AI replies per month), Starter ($59/month, 3 locations, 200 AI replies), Pro ($149/month, 10 locations, 1,000 AI replies), Enterprise and Agency on request. Billing is monthly. New accounts get a 7-day Pro trial with no card.

Data and privacy

Data is stored in the EU (Hetzner, Finland) with AES-256 encryption. Review text is sent to OpenAI or Anthropic to generate replies. RevioReputation was founded in 2026 in Varna, Bulgaria.
