Emma can work autonomously within the boundaries set by the team. People retain control over strategy, commitments, approvals and final submissions. Shared bid workspaces bring documents, responsibilities and deadlines together, while scheduled tasks support ongoing tender searches and competitor reports.

All plans include access to every product feature, unlimited workspace users, guest invitations, bid workspaces, search profiles and supported integrations. Pricing is based on work performed through workspace credits rather than per-seat fees or feature restrictions. AI work uses credits.
