Rippling IT

Rippling IT is a modular suite for managing workforce identities, application access, company devices, and equipment inventory. Its Identity Management capabilities include user provisioning and deprovisioning, multifactor authentication policies, group management, and access rules based on employee attributes. Single Sign-On provides access to connected applications, with SAML and SCIM integrations supporting authentication and provisioning workflows. Changes to an employee’s role or employment status can trigger updates to application access.

Device Management provides Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities for supported Apple and Windows endpoints, including zero-touch deployment, software installation, encryption policies, operating-system updates, monitoring, and remote lock or wipe controls. Inventory Management supports the hardware lifecycle within IT Asset Management, tracking equipment assignment, condition, location, and status while coordinating ordering where available, shipping, retrieval, storage, reassignment, redeployment, and retirement.

Rippling IT uses the required Rippling Platform for shared workforce data, permissions, policies, reporting, and workflows. Organizations select individual IT products alongside that platform.
